Terms and Conditions

• Use of Services: Moosenet's services and moosenet.lol site and subdomains are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You are not allowed to use Moosenet's services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to display of copyright infringement, intellectual property theft, or unauthorized access to data.

• Security and Privacy: Moosenet takes security and privacy seriously. All Moosenet servers use modern encryption, HTTPS, and SSL protocols. Moosenet utilizes Ombi for media requests which users can log into via secure OAuth from their own Plex account. You acknowledge that moosenet does not store or collect any passwords authorized users input and the user is subject to Plex security and privacy terms of service. Media directly streamed from Moosenet libraries are subject to monitoring for hardware and software monitoring of MooseNet servers only and are not stored or collected by MooseNet outside of Plex application logs that are by default collected.

• Responsibility for Content: Moosenet is not responsible for any content uploaded, shared, or streamed through its services at moosenet.lol or from its local libraries. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, share, or stream through Moosenet's services.

• Limitation of Liability: Moosenet is not liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services at moosenet.lol, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Termination: Moosenet may terminate your access to its streaming services at any time without notice in its sole discretion and/or if it determines if you have violated these terms and conditions.

• Additional Terms: Moosenet's services at moosenet.lol are hosted by Namecheap, and are subject to Namecheap's Terms of Service. Moosenet also utilizes Western Digital, Seagate, Synology and various other hardware along with Spectrum ISP as well as software such as Plex and Ombi for multimedia streaming and metadata requests, which are subject to their respective Terms of Service. By using Moosenet's services at moosenet.lol, you agree to be bound by these additional terms.
